How a brief actually runs

The discipline shapes part of the workflow, but the bulk of it is the same. Whether it is a finance manager in Bristol or a marketing director in Manchester, the steps stay steady.

1. Discipline-aware brief

We come into the call ready. If it is finance, we know which qualifications matter at that level. If it is sales, we know the difference between an SDR and a BDM. We do not waste your call asking the basics.

2. Salary calibration against the live market

Every shortlist is calibrated against current UK salary data and what we are seeing on the desk this month. If the band looks low, we tell you before we start, not after the offer is rejected.

3. Vetted, ranked shortlist

Three to six candidates per brief, properly vetted, with our written notes. Right-to-work, references, qualifications, motivation, all confirmed before introduction.

4. Offer support and onboarding

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offer pressure, line up start dates, and check in on day 7, 30 and 90.
